LAS VEGAS (January 25, 2007) – The 11th annual BingoWorld
Conference & Expo is shaping up to be the best BingoWorld ever.
Scheduled for March 6-8, 2007, at the South Point Hotel, Casino &
Spa here, the conference features new programs for 2007 and an
outstanding speaker lineup from all segments of the bingo industry.
“More than 45 expert speakers will be presenting at BingoWorld,
and they represent the best the bingo industry has to offer,” said
Charles Anderer, Director of Trade Events for Ascend Media Gaming
Group, the show’s producer. “Qualified speakers, hands-on workshops
and timely topics make this year’s conference a must-attend event
for anyone interested in this dynamic industry.”
Two half-day seminars on March 6 open BingoWorld 2007. Bingo
Mexico is a new program that will explore that country’s rapidly
evolving market for Class II electronic bingo. Co-produced with
Harrison & Montoya Associates, Bingo Mexico sessions include an
overview of gaming in Mexico, a closer look at existing bingo and
sports betting operations, and a review of the specific bingo
products and technologies that are being used in the country.
The other March 6 program is Sellin’ Paper and Callin’ Balls, the
second installment of a customer service workshop that debuted last
year with great success. Steve Browne, Vice President and Customer
Service Associate at Raving Consulting will again lead the workshop.
On March 7, BingoWorld’s main conference program gets underway
with nine sessions covering topics such as Class II gaming,
charitable gaming, promotions and other issues relevant to bingo
operators everywhere.
The final day of BingoWorld introduces Bingo University, which
recognizes the importance of hands-on, interactive learning –
attendees will take away tangible tools for success. Two intensive
three-hour workshops are being offered, one in marketing and one in
accounting.
